Who's behind AM Construction
I founded AM Construction et Toiture because I was tired of how many building sites operate: unclear responsibilities, deadlines that don't hold, and in the end nobody knows who was responsible for what.
With us it's different. I'm on site, I know every project, and you have one fixed point of contact from the first site visit through to handover. We carry out 90 percent of the site management ourselves – that's why our deadlines hold.
If you're planning a building project, we'll take a look at it together. You'll get an honest assessment and a fixed price – even if the result is that the project doesn't add up as planned.

Concept & preparation
Site visit, coordination of construction phases, materials and schedule. After this, the process is fixed for everyone involved.

Foundations & shell construction
Ground slab, load-bearing walls and floor slabs. Service openings are already factored in at this stage.

Roof & building envelope
Roof structure, covering, insulation and waterproofing. The building is sealed weathertight.
04
Interior fit-out & details
Insulation, drywall, surfaces and connections. The trades follow one another in a fixed sequence.

Completion
Handover inspection, remaining works and handover – documented and reviewed together.
Toiture
A roof is more than the top of a house.
We carry out new roofs, roof renovations and various roofing works with a focus on quality, insulation, durability and expert execution.
Whether slate, roof tiles or standing seam zinc: the build-up, substructure and connections are matched to the building and the weather conditions in Luxembourg.
